Visit our Write a Review page, fill in the clinic name, your treatment, and your experience. Reviews are moderated and published within 24 hours.

Absolutely — FindYourClinic.online is completely free for patients. There are no fees, subscriptions, or hidden charges for searching, comparing, or contacting clinics.

Visit our Special Offers page, find an offer you like, and click "Claim This Offer" — this opens a WhatsApp chat with the clinic so you can confirm the offer and book your appointment.

Visit our List Your Clinic page and fill out the short form. Our team will verify your information and publish your listing within 24 hours.

Yes — a basic Regular listing is completely free and stays free forever. Premium ($49/month) and Award + Premium ($99/month) plans offer additional features and visibility.

Send us an email at hello@findyourclinic.online or message us on WhatsApp with your updated details (address, hours, services, etc.) and we'll update your profile within 24 hours.

Visit our Publish Offers page and submit your offer details. This feature is available for Premium and Award plan subscribers. Free plan clinics can upgrade on the Pricing page.

The Award badge is earned — not just purchased. You need to be on the Premium plan, maintain a 4.5+ star rating, have a complete profile, and pass our editorial review. Visit the Awards Program page for full details.

Patients contact you directly via the WhatsApp button on your profile. All leads go straight to the WhatsApp number you provided — no middlemen, no delays.

Yes — send your clinic photos to hello@findyourclinic.online or via WhatsApp and our team will add them to your profile.

Visit our Register page and fill in your details including clinic name, category, country, city, and WhatsApp number. Your account will be created instantly.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot your password?" — enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link.

Log in and go to your My Account page to update your profile information.

Yes — email us at hello@findyourclinic.online to request account deletion. We'll process your request within 5 working days.

We accept bank transfer, card payment, and other methods. Our team will contact you after your listing submission to arrange payment for Premium or Award plans.

Yes — you can cancel anytime. Your clinic will revert to the free Regular listing at the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.

We don't offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. Contact us if you have a specific billing concern.

We don't currently offer a free trial for Premium, but our free Regular listing lets you test the platform with no commitment. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss options.

Our city search is powered by Google Places — if your city doesn't appear in the dropdown, simply type it in and select the "Use [city name]" option that appears to search anyway.
